Haven Place, a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility located in Lock Haven, PA is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team!
We are currently hiring for Full-time, night shift CNA.
Full time positions are eligible for a generous sign-on bonus!
Sign-On Bonus Details :
$2, sign-on bonus available with Full-time and a 2-year work commitment
Responsibilities :
- Perform patient care skill as directed by the Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse in a safe manner according to policy and procedure.
- Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient needs.
- Assist with food distribution and feeding residents.
- Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care, hair care, and dressing Assist in transferring residents.
- Document in the medical record according to established procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
- Basic Life Support
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance w Renewal
- OAPSA
